Partner Updates

Congratulations to Clear Capital, headquartered in Reno, for their recent announcement about quality job creation.

They added over 100 jobs in the last year and plan to add an additional 50 permanent jobs by the end of 2018. For details, go here.

The Northern Nevada Business Weekly is launching its first-ever Corporate Hiring Guide designed to reach the best and brightest talent within and outside the region.

This guide will be published in the Spring and Fall of 2018 and will be included as an insert in the paper, distributed through select Sierra Nevada Media Group publications, and distributed via other entities such as EDAWN. Is there rocket science going on in Northern Nevada? Absolutely!

The Air Force Research Laboratory just entered into a patent license agreement with Digital Solid State Propulsion, headquartered in Reno.  The agreement is related to their new “green” (technically pink) monopropellant, which is an alternative to traditional hydrazine based spacecraft propellant. The Stat Pack is a monthly business e-report, co-authored by Mike PeQueen of HighTower Las Vegas and John Restrepo of RCG Economics, with input from Brian Bonnefant of UNR.
